Up for auction is this 1966 FLIPPER LUNCHBOX AND THERMOS from the TV show. The box has some scratches on the rim. The rest of the lunchbox is in excellent condition. The thermos is in excellent condition. The bottom is shiny. Great lunchbox & thermos from the Lassie in the water show. My dad and his writing partner wrote for Lassie for 12 years so when Flipper came on we saw it was similar to Lassie but set in the water with a Dolphin. As I was Living by the Pacific Ocean I liked seeing the ocean. Later when I started surfing a Dolphin was a good sight. They kept sharks away. Sharks didn't mess with Dolphins.
